So it works in first person? I had a similar problem once with a turret. It was always just looking into the sky, you always first had to switch to first person before you could also use it in third person.

@nathanjamesddg151 yea hold on, I mirrored the axis of the turret to see if I can make it move properly this way...

@Oskar yea, it still doesn't aim 100% in the right direction, but somewhat close.

@SkylineGTRFreak I'm wondering what would happen if I let a script aim the weapon at the coords you are looking at. Would it physically rotate or would only the projectile go in that direction?

@SkylineGTRFreak Interesting.....wanna try this flag and see how the turret works? FLAG_USE_TURRET_RELATIVE_AIM_CALCULATION
And maybe I can look into the weapon data to see what's up...

@Oskar hm, can't really answer to that...
@nathanjamesddg151 as you can see, it actually only fires in the wrong direction when you would shoot your own ship anyway. As long as you aim forward and sidewards, it seems to shoot just right. (my axis trick on the turret didn't work sadly)

@SkylineGTRFreak So it's only a problem if you shoot the ship? Doesn't sound like much of a problem... And to be clear, the turret still goes haywire and spins out? Like if you are getting shot in the Rhino with invincibility on?

@nathanjamesddg151 no, the turret is actually okay. It's just that always aims 180 degrees in the opposite direction (except in first person).

Like I said would be worth a test if the turret physically moves in the right direction when setting the aim coordinates via a script.

@Voltrock I'm not sure if it is necessary to continue. I know that @SkylineGTRFreak wanted to remap the entire boat and use the HD textures, but he hasn't been online in over a week, and I haven't heard any news on the progress.
