Huge texture blocks spawning in specific areas.

These huge chunks of textures are spawning in specific areas around the map. Vinewood Hills is mostly clear of them, but when moving into the city, there are to many to move.
They can be deleted manually by using map editor. I have deleted the vast majority of my mods, but still can't find out what could be causing them. Any help appreciated

@HoneyJD if you use . map editor . try removing it and then see . what happens
