SOMEONE HELP!!! Mod for storing vehicles in place

I've been watching Typical Gamer as well as other youtubers doing real life GTA V. I have seen that their cars are saved and they can lock/unlock them. When they get out of a car, an emblem appears on the radar indicating the car and the car will not move from that location. In other words, it is saved. Does anyone know the mod that does this? I REALLY NEED IT!!!

What kind of cars? Could have replaced the personal single player character's cars, representing for example Franklin's custom car.

@Phantom32 No cars that he spawns and drives around. Not just the cars that the characters own. For example, he bought a T20 and it saves.

So I also figured out that when he exits a vehicle, in white text next to the vehicle, it reads "[car name] - PV." So for a T20 for example, it would say "T20 - PV." The problem is that I don't know the name of this mod. Can anybody help????????
