ERR FIL PACK 1 i exceed 70 addons cars

Please i need help, in my game appear the error ERR FIL PACK 1 when i exceed 70 addons cars .
I have tried several gameconfig. The game version is 1.103.1.

@nathanjamesddg151 The actual version i think is 1.103.2 . My version is 1.103.1. I have verified that deleting some dlc from dclist for example imports/exports I can add more than 70. I think it's because of a limitation.
I have tried several gameconfig that in theory removes that limitation but it doesn't work.
The only thing that has works is sacrifice dlc from dclist.
