Modifying the turret moving speed of the Rhino tank

How would one modify the the speed of the turret of the Rhino tank? For me aiming the turret is way too slow. Thanks.

Would i need to modify the handling.meta?

Change fTurretSpeed for Rhino in handling.meta.
