GTA V CANT PLAY MISSIONS

so i installed gta v started the singleplayer mode reached about 10% then i thought damn the game is boring as it is so lets install few mods , i ve got a native trainer the fuel system mod a nfs 2015 speedometer and few addon cars ( and an add on spawner )
so now i try to join a mission and i just cant why ?? do i need to remove the add on? or something else ? sorry for my bad englando and thank you in advance

@Alexander100 Did you change Your gameconfig file? If You did, it is recommended to start a new game...
I haven´t completely understood, why, but experienced modders tend to say that...

i deleted the gameconfing as you said and the real life mod , now everything works fine even with the 620 car pack and fuel mod etc. ty dude ( as you can tell im new in the gta world ecksdey)
