openiv package installer

hello gusy
i have a problem with openiv.
when i am using package installer he gives me this error: ERROR -> Unable to open package file: No access right or files is used by another process
i cant find any fix on google ;[ can anybody help me>

If you downloaded the package to its current location, then there's no reason you should not also have access to it.

P.S. .OIV files are nothing more than renamed .zip files. So, rename it to .zip, and open it the regular way.

P.P.S. OpenIV sometimes has problems with Junctions and/or Symbolic links. If your .OIV package is on such a path, try and move it elsewhere.
