Car Liveries

I have never done a car livery to a car already in the game. i have downloaded a livery for the elegy but I have no idea how to install it. The author wont reply and there is nothing to tell me how to install a livery on it. Could someone please assist me?

In Vehicles.meta, for that respective car, there is line, that says FLAG_HAS_.. etc
To this line add FLAG_HAS_LIVERY
Save and this will enable livery for that car.

and import the ...._sign_x paintjob file in the *.ytd file via OpenIV
