Need vanilla gameconfig

As the title says, I need the original, unmodified, vanilla gameconfig.xml from version 1.40 (1.0.1103.2). In OpenIV it will say "Compressed;Encrypted" next to the size, if it is the original. Thanks. If you could upload it somewhere for me to download and link it, that would be great. Or you can email it to me. Message me for email if you plan on emailing
