Addedn cars and weapons doesent work

So im playing on a pirated verson of gta (1.36) and I have Enhanced Native Trainer Update 34 (https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/enhanced-native-trainer-zemanez-and-others) and it works great with no problems. i also have Script Hook V (http://www.dev-c.com/gtav/scripthookv) and Community Script Hook V .NET 2.9.6 (https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/scripthookv-net#comments_tab) and i used openiv to add both mods and followed the instructions just as it said in the readme. still the weapon doesent show up at ammu-nation nor does it work adding it with the trainer. Same thing with the car doesent show up when i write the text to add it in the trainer. the mods i tried using are https://www.gta5-mods.com/weapons/real-flamethrower-add-on and https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/lamborghini-centenario-rmod-customs. sorry for beeing such a noob and hope any1 canhelp me
