Tuning Doesn't Appear For Replace Cars

I just read @Reyser's thread about converting addon cars to replace and I followed all the examples using Aige's Ford GT but when I try to mod it at LSC is says it has the front bumper tuning and other things but it doesn't appear visually. (Ex. I'm hovering over the front bumper but nothing changes on the car) Appreciate the help
