How to fix this lights is very dull!

Get a mod that increases your emergency lights like RadianceV or anything else like that. If you're using an ELS car make sure your PostFX and Shaders setting is set to "High".

@Frisky All settings in game is MAX.
RadianceV installed but not help me.

I think that's as bright as it gets unfortunately
