Script Hook V probkemd

I had to reinstall a clean copy of my game, I then installed Script Hook V, Script Hook Dot Net, NativeUI and nothing else...
The game keeps crashing. I read in comments above, try deleting the dininput.dll and the game loads but without the script hook working & this I can't do anything except play unmoded.
Anyone have any suggestions?? I've deleted and reinstalled 3 times and the results are the same each time...

@AHK1221 I have no idea if I have them, I probably do not. This is my work computer & the IT guy doesn't care if I'm on GTAV.
I have Windows 10. I downloaded the two files but it doesn't say anything about it being for Windows 10. Is it safe for me to install?? Or are there different files for Windows 10 users?
Thanks, I'm not a PC guy but work gave me this computer instead of a mac...

Okay it appears I already had both of them installed. It gave me the option of "repairing" in addition to reinstall/uninstall... I did that. I'm not sure this fixed anything but I can't run GTAV until lunchtime to see if it worked...
Thanks, if it doesnt' work, any other suggestions?? I've been modding since April and its worked before, up until reinstallting the game.
ps please excuse the spelling errors. I'm writing w/ ione had. I broke my thumb last week and am in a soft cast.
