[PED][HELP] SWAP PED CLOTHES/NOT WORKING 100%

I attemped to swap the Balllasout outfits with the Ballas_OG outfit.. a balla that only actually exists in the strip club(rare) or director mode. Do I need to manually swap the outfits instead of just replacing one set of files with the other? Like the pants and shoes show but not the jacket which is really all I wanted.
Side Note.. What is the meta to spread mara bunta and azteca gangs out. All I can find is Vagos, Lost, Ballas and Family. I'm trying to throw the other gangs in the mix.

@WuTangModz If that balla model is streamed, then just replacing the specific cloth models to another ped model won't work, because rigging and stuff.
