[SCRIPT] Drunk Camera when inside vehicle.

When I drive around in the game I like to have the drunk camera on because I love how the camera feels floaty while i'm driving around, but I hate it when I'm on foot since my character looks(walking) drunk and his aim is all over the place. I am really tired of having to go into my trainer and enabling/disabling the drunk effect.
If any one could make a mod where the drunk camera can turn on when you're in a car and turn off when you're not in one, you would be my hero!
