Admins files approvation

Hi, i recently uploaded a mod that got less than 30 min to get approved by admin
But i uploaded another file 19 hours ago! and it still not approved !!
WHY ?!!!
somone said me to upload the file from another web browser but i dont know if its very usefull

@Dark0ne Is this one, but I want to know why @Dorpiox your last upload of the same file was removed?
