[MISC] More pedestrians

Hello ! I reserching a mod who add more peds in San Andreas (And globally more life). Traffic is just fine but the street are really deserted and it's really sadly to see a "ghost" town... Anyone know a mod who make Los Santos more livelier ?
I use a modded gameconfig.dat for addon car who modify peds/cars density, but if I see a difference one the traffic, I can't see any changes in the population in comparaison with vanilla gameconfig. (modded gameconfig spec : x2 traffic x8 peds)
I tryed "World of Variety" in combinaison with "Lively World", but I experienced a lot of bugs...

@WuTangModz I tryed x20 and can't see any changes. Just in case, I tryed x50 and not working too...

@WuTangModz I use popcycle.dat from "Back on the Beat" mod (https://fr.gta5-mods.com/misc/cops-back-on-the-beat) for the police patrols addons and a modified x2 traffic x20 peds gameconfig from this mod : https://fr.gta5-mods.com/misc/gta-5-gameconfig-300-cars/download/19387 (v1.0.877.1)

@NavisCraft lol did you try this shit first? https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/more-peds-and-traffic#comments_tab The comments say , if your computer dnt crash it adds a lotta peds especially if you edit the files.

@WuTangModz I haven't tried it after viewed all the negative comments. I tried to edit popcycle.dat with "Xtrem Peds Addons" mods but like with gameconfig edit, I didin't see any changes. So I think GTAV configs can't handle too much peds in the street.
