help!! how to install on xbox from flash drive

this is my first time moding, i have downloaded the mods onto a flash drive and put it in my xbox, nothing comes up though and i dont know how to install them onto my xbox from the flash drive, ive watched tutorials on youtube but nothing that actually helps. please can anyone tell me how i install the mods please?? thank you
