I have installed loads of cars (all replaced) but some are still originals?

So I have swapped out about 20-30 cars - I used the trainer that comes with scripthook

I load the cars and most of them show when spawned but a lot of them do not?

They are the original cars, I tested this by replacing a specific car in openiv and restarted and it was still the original?
