Sadly, if you want to be able to see this car be built by any vehicle creator/converter, you would have to be ready to donate to them so that they would have a "reason" for doing so, otherewise if they don't see the word "donation", they will just ignore it and move on to the next guy.

I think the best person to ask is FoxTrotDelta. He can convert any available 3d model, or use a base model to build from scratch. He usually charges around $35-$40. I know, it kind of sucks that you need to pay in order to see something that you really like, but what if you were in that other persons shoes and decided to help someone convert a car, of coarse you would want something back in return for putting in all of those hours aside from nothing

ok... and he make 3D models? or only convert? because this car is not in any game of rockstar

He usually converts vehicles that already exist as 3d models on a website, or if they're not there, then there might be a pissibility where he would need to build it from scratch.
