So iam going to point you in the direction to some mods, that can greatly change the vanilla combat mechanics of GTA V.
All 3 mods are created by EnforcerZhukov. In my opinion these mods are underestimated when combined together. I can highly recommend having these scripts installed or at least trying them out.
Each script has its own INI file and is fully customizable.Features include: Player Injured Ragdoll, Ped accuracy, Weapon sway & more
