Weird textures on player after installing a replacement skin for Franklin

I am running GTA 5 1.0.1103.2

So I downloaded a replacement skin for Franklin from this site. I went to steamedpeds_players.rpf and deleted player_one, player_one.yft and player_one.ymt, then I replaced them with the mod. After that when i rebuild the file and launch the game this happens...

And no this is a brand new game I installed on my PC with this mod being the first mod I have ever installed on GTA 5, well except the addons from OPENIV which is the program i have used to install this mod.
I don't know what has happened so i need assistance from you guys, thanks!
