stuck on loading screen

since the new dlc came out my game stopped working, and after i updated script hook v the game just get stuck on the loading screen. i think that the problem is with the ''dlc list'' and the ''extra title update data'' files, but idk what is wrong with them. can anyone plz help

@obada_aj check you custom gameconfig if you've any addon.
Also ensure that you updated your files in mods folder
