Police Car is installed but ingame not available

Hey,
I installed a new Police Car (Police3) (Ford Mustang GT German Police Stuttgart)
The Readme says install to mods/x64e/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf
I did but Ingame it shows me the old default Los Santos Police3 car.
I found another police3 file in the updates folder and replaced it too.
But I still have the default car ingame.
(I have installed many other Vehicles especially police cars before with no problems)Do you know any solutions?
//EDIT: The Problem solution in the FAQ Thread (https://forums.gta5-mods.com/topic/4949/readme-frequently-asked-questions-installation-help-troubleshooting) didn't work.

@Schulverweis Install the car in the latest patchday dlc (right now it is patchday15ng)

@Frisky My mods/update Folder wasn't up-to-date. Got it now thanks
