Game Keeps Crashing, Using Mods and Menyoo

Guys, I can't figure this out for the life of me. I'm using a fully updated Social Club copy of GTA V and every mod I have (mostly cars) are up to date, including Scripthook V and Community Scripthook Dot Net (up to date as far as I know.) I can play the game just fine, for the most part, sometimes it crashes on its own lately.
Whenever I try and spawn a vehicle (modded or base game) the game crashes back to the desktop. I've NEVER had any crashing issues before and I can't figure this out. I've been trying to troubleshoot on my own, but now it's been going on for two months, far too long!
Any help would be immensely appreciated!

@macmoosie Best bet is to update your graphics drivers.

Update your trainers, scripts etc. Also logs would be appreciated...

Like I said in the OP, all of my used mods are up to date.
Which logs are necessary to post? I'm sorry, I'm not really privy to modding except for adding/removing mods.

@ikt Yes, I have. Right from here on GTA 5 Mods. I have no other logs. Just did a clean install of the game yesterday too to eliminate any other possible issues.
