How to find the coordinate and view angle of camera in editor mode?

When I was in editor mode choosing camera's position under free camera mode and fixed view point, it is hard for me to set the position precisely. For example, it's hard to rotate(by mouse dragging) the view angle only in horizontal direction. Do anyone know if there are any modding can help me set the camera in parameters? For instance, Change the camera's shooting center to a specific coordinate and viewing angle under editor mode for output video. The reason I need this is because that I would like to collect driving data in a parallax view for research.
If anyone knows, please help!
