[C#.NET] Vehicle nitrous/slipstream

Hello guys, I'm trying to make an advanced nitro system with custom component levels and as far as I know about the nitro system is that this NoS gives more fuel to be burnt by the engine, letting the car go faster since more fuel is burned.
So I thought about increasing speed with an inverted proportionality but using "vehicle.Speed" moves the car like a dumb speedhack.
Using EnginePower just increases the power, lowering the rpm, what I just want to do is to add a little speed, increasing the acceleration.
BUT the field Acceleration only has the "get" method and not the set, so how can I increase this acceleration?

@lorizz12 I suppose you can use EngineTorqueMultiplier to increase acceleration.
