Missing Safehouse Cars

Hi all,
I'm currently playing as Franklin in SP Mode and I have a problem. Until recently, he's kept a Pegassi Zentorno and Progen T20 in the garage of his new safe house and every time he's been out and returned, they've been there waiting for him. Now though they've gone for some reason. I always save my current game before exiting. Has anyone else encountered this problem and if so, please tell me how they resolved it?
