New to modding and need help with installing player files

Hey everyone. As the title suggests, I am new to modding, but want to add some characters like Venom and Terminator to my GTA. I've successfully used OpenIV to add some vehicles as there were instructions.
So if I have 4 files:
venom.ydd
venom.yft
venom.ymt
venom.ytdWhere on Earth do I put them?? Thanks everyone. I'm hoping to get good at this and pay it forward some day.

Anybody? I'm sitting her with OpenIV waiting. It seems that all Player downloads only come with the files, but no read me. I assume it's the same process for most that are available this way.
