How to move dashboard view further away/zoom out (pictures and video example included)

Hi, I was watching a video the other day and it was the same RR Evoque that i have and in the video it shows the dashboard view zooming out to give a view of more of the dash just after he gets into the car. Any idea how its done would be very much appreciated.
