GTA V crashes for me with Open IV since the Gunrunning update

When I try to load some of my modded cars into the game the game crashes at the loading screen.I dont know if its from script hook or something else.Some help

This should be in the Installation Help & Troubleshooting forum and you should follow whatever applies in this thread.
Also sounds like you just haven't updated the modded update.rpf, but without any relevant information your guess is as good as mine.
