[TOOL] Sneaker Creator

I know it is a little bit of an odd one. But I just want a tool that allows anyone using it to easily create textures and models for sneakers. And maybe in the future who ever does it could even step it up and make it able to create all kinds of clothing. Know I understand modeling is complicated but I only made this request because I have no clue how to create my own clothing in gta 5. Like new shapes of shoes and new textures if someone could make a guide on just making sneakers that would be great but for now I don't see it happening.
