I can see all the lights through everything!

So really weird I just installed CrystalReality Project and odd thing at night I can see every light in the city through buildings through everything really unless i turn away from them. Has anyone else had this issue?

Disable Frame Scaling in game options.

Sadly that didn't work I tried some other settings as well but nothing seems to fix it.
