retry boot error after conversion

Hello everyone
So, the thing is few days back I was trying to convert some of my replacer cars to add-on and I was successful on that bit, but one day I was changing a replacer car https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/range-rover-supercharged-2012-replace by cybkris (awesome mod doh). So I successfully changed the files to make it add-on but when I added it to my dlc folders along with addition to dlclist.xml, I somehow managed to crash my game with error saying "retry booting the game" . Here's the thing I thought ok it was because of this mod only so I removed it and voila ! my game was fine but soon I realised I cannot add new cars as it would crash and repeat the same error.
I have reinstalled my gameconfig but nothings happening now it seems I cannot add more cars and I DON'T NOW WHY.Please, please, please help me someone I love modding my game and adding new cars to it and this is making me very upset and sad.
NOTE:- I CONVERT REPLACER TO ADD-ON FOR MY OWN PURPOSE AND NOT FOR ANY OTHER REASON

One thing more that when I was converting the model I changed its id to 999 (randomly).

@Raval How many dlc do you have ? You can't have unlimited lines added in dlclist.xml now, you have to make only a few dlc folders.

i have more than 150 dlc right now
So, this means I have to make dlc packs right

@Raval aa Lol the limit is 48 or 50 dlc you know , don't try to put 150 lines in dlclist.xml put everything in 1or 2 dlc (don't go after 2 gb per dlc) ^^
