Gta 5 stuck with no missions ...Help

So, the last mission I did was the jewellery heist..it auto saved. Later on I did a quick save ,closed the game.
Next time I started it(as franklin) I am unable to do any missions,the blips disappear. Even the shooting range doesn't work.Tried everything, the taxi skip ride thing, making another quick save....I can't start a new game coz it goes into infinite loading.
Even tried with a 61% and 100% save file. Still unable to get any missions.
If anyone got a way to fix this,pls help
