SPG works fine/ SPA not works for non steam gta?

Hi guys, I tried this mod https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/single-player-apartment-spg-net the map loaded but option to grab whiskey or watching tv in apartment wont works..the garage in SPA also dont have car, but SPG (single player garage) cars loaded, radio n tv in garage works also..

Is it because my gta is pirated (not original one)/non steam?
