How can i fix light brightness

Is it just this one single car you have the issue with?
Or all cars?If it's all cars, there are values in the "visualsettings.dat" that you can/should reduce... search for "taillight" in that file.
If it is just this car, you should contact the creator. Maybe he mad a mistake in any of the meta files regarding this car (carcols/vehicles.meta etc.. )

Ah sorry. That I don't know (I'm not a creator myself)
But I think you can create light settings with the carcols file for your car.. Maybe ask someone else who creates vehicles to help you with this.I only would know detail instruction if this happens with all your cars in game...
