Can't Play Mission with mode installed.

But when I cut all the files of ScriptHookV and the mod folder out of my main game files, Mission works fine.Also the random task like Catching the Thef also don't spond while playing game with mods.So is there any way I can play Missions & random side activities while also having mods & ScriptHookV. Please help 🙏
