Replaceing ped with other models plz help

Can you only have one replace or add-on activatet cause i have downloaded the harley quinn mod and it only works with one ped, only one of the models work, cause there is 3 sets and i can only get one to work at a time. when i load the ped that i replaced with the model its just the original ped not the model i replaced it with plz help
