Add-Ons/Replacements Just Stopped Working?

Very weirdly, a moment ago my add-ons and replacements just stopped working - why?
I did absolutely nothing in OPENIV, they all fine in the mods folder.
ASI Manager installed etc, they all worked fine a bit ago....
I have quite a lot of add-ons, using a modded game config to accommodate them.
Anyone know why? Really Annoying....

@ethannn_ if if replacements also went missing then likely mods folder is malfunctioning.
edit. just to be sure uninstall the Asi manager and reinstall it.

Can you post the full dlclist.xml? Sometimes OpenIV removes the last part, happens to me often. It then becomes an invalid file and no dlcpack files load.
