Black screen freeze

Hi, so I solved my problem again alone, but you really can help me with this one.
If I go to windows when GTAV works if I came back from alt + tab only freeze screen is display also if I go from border to fullscreen mode, or quitting game, game sometimes (very often goes to black screen freeze, web page still playing, GTA sounds freeze and nothing works must restart PC ... it's really f annying is there some kind of program who can save me at least to go back to desktop when freeze happen or what is cause of this shit ?
