Well, it'd be nice if you'd mention what kind of mods you were looking to install.
Scripts: First you need a script hook and for .NET scripts, ScriptHookVDotNet. From there you should just follow the installation instructions. Generally though, .asi mods go in the GTA V root directory, .NET mods (.dll, .cs, .vb) go inside the
scripts/directory.OpenIV: The folk have a pretty good guide on how to use OpenIV, along with how to utilize the mods folder (which keeps your original files intact).
