Vehicle color bug?

Hey, since now i have an this issue when entering all vehicles, for example when i enter a random vehicle the vehicle give him self a black paint job. even if i try to repaint it wont change the color. it stays black for some how. ive tried to change from character but the vehicle color still wont chance to another color. is this an known issue? how can i solve this problem?
