Hello i want to start making custom clothes in gta 5 singleplayer
and i was wondering what are the tools needed to do so and if anyone can link me a good tutorial on how to get started

@xmrsh Well if you mean custom MODELs for clothing items, 3ds max and GIMS Evo, if you mean texturing, photoshop or some other editing program and access to games textures
