Gta 5 jagged edges?

I noticed a while back when I was play gta that on vehicles and any object with a reflection would get these weird jagged edges, I know it’s a msaa problem but I play on x4 msaa and the problem still occurs, I don’t wanna boost it up to x8 because I don’t wanna run that much power to my gpu, I will try to provide a link of a picture or video of my problem
