https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/menyoo-pc-sp (Object Spooner, much more reliable than Map Editor)
https://www.gta5-mods.com/maps/custom-prop (additional items, follow instructions on installation in both description and readme.txt file, add all items from the custom props objectlist to Menyoo's objectlist.ini. Place it at the VERY bottom, under the rest of the prop names.)
https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/map-builder (additional materials, includes walls and floors you can use.)

@Flashduke02 Get https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/codewalker-gtav-interactive-3d-map and make it with real mapping. Or use that new one to convert your one

Just make it not static by checking static in the properties of an object in Menyoo

@MrGTAmodsgerman I was actually replying to the original post as to what tools he needed (not the one about the static, he asked about things he can use in his first post so I handed him 3 items for prop creation. perhaps I should've quoted him. lol)

Somebody knows modeling? How to make doors move? Anything like that?

@Flashduke02 Sadly, at the moment using Menyoo there is no way.
However, you can pull a GTA SA and build the interior under the map... try to avoid the water, though.
I remember a feature where you can add Markers onto the map and add functions to teleport to other markers. GTA SA used this trick.

@Flashduke02 For doors you need to place a animated door with Codwalker. It will be not bugged like in Map Editor or Menyoo. Take a look at the ViceV mod, its simply have moving doors.

@krashadam GTA 5 still uses that trick, for example the bunker that was added in the Imp/Exp update is underground and uses teleporting to go there.

@MrGTAmodsgerman The doors wont move until I remove them (the original ones) in Zmodeler those are modeled to the building

@Flashduke02 Sure, you have to remove the original ones or you convert the original ones into animated door props. Otherwise it would collide with the collision, logically.
