How to revert back to default map?

If I download a GTA5 map (one that isn't MapEditor, but replaces the map entirely using OpenIV), how would I revert to the default one?

@BinaryGreen If you used the mods folder to install the mod, simple remove the files from the mods folder (or remove the mods folder entirely). If you didn't use the mods folder, you'll have to verify your game files.
