Lights and Windows Black out need a fix?

Looking for some help on this issue as i have corrected my diffuse tints to <diffuseTint value="0x00FFFFFF" /> and they still blackout on certain vehicles not allowing my lights to work. I have tried using a trainer to stock the windows and this works but i really cant keep doing that everytime i use a vehicle with them blacked out. Does anyone know a permenant solution please
