No... technically it's still pirating, with the addition of trying to hide the evidence.
They simply tear down anything related to their latest titles. If if it's an older title you're porting from they probably won't give a fuck.

(and can we stop with the 0s and 1s please? Yes, we have @Translators, but the last time they checked they didn't have binary on the list. Only stuff like Russian and Turkish, to German and Belgian. (i think Belgian existed on the list once...))

Probably not, uses special file types.
If you were an expert hex editor though, you could probably pull it from the garbage that the file pulls up...
