Game crashes on story mode loading screen

hi I am using open iv to install mods and are following all the basic steps I have seen on various modding how to videos and I still get the same outcome, the game crashes on story mode loading screen. I undo everything I have previously done and game loads up fine with trainer, ScriptHookV.log and ScriptHookVDotNet2. I follow all the steps on the read me files and no luck.
Has anyone had a similar problem?
any other modding step by step guides would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, I was trying to install the 2012 Lamborghini Aventador LP-700-4 HQ SV-KIT. I have tried to install various other mods and still get the same issue (the game crashes on loading screen) there must be something I am over looking?
